How It Works...

STEP 1: We complete your service of process.

STEP 2: We create a Declaration of Service.

STEP 3: We scan and email a copy for you to review.

STEP 4: Either you file with the proper court or we do it for you.

OUT OF AREA

We mail the original Declaration/Proof of Service to the address you provide for filing. We take this final step very seriously and communication is key.
